Mêlant avec ingéniosité pop, rock, électro, Garbage a connu le succès grâce aux singles I Think I'm ParanoidPush It, When I Grow Up, SpecialCherry Lips ou encore Why Do You Love Me ?.
Rendez-vous donc dans les bacs est sur scène puisque Garbage promet une tournée qui passera par l'Olympia à Paris, le 16 mai 2012.

Duchess - Duchess Catherine's 'Amazing' Style

Britain's Duchess of Cambridge's style has been hailed ''amazing'' by a top Hollywood stylist.
Britain's Duchess Catherine's fashion sense has been hailed "amazing" by a top Hollywood stylist.
The young royal's dedication to high street brands over high society fashion have won her a number of fans including Nikki Pennie, who has styled stars including Kendra Wilkinson, Shenae Grimes, Cat Deeley and Madonna.
Writing on fashionista.com, Nikki said: "She's amazing; she's wonderful."
She also praised Catherine's sister, Pippa, adding: "Both the Middletons – they're in the same age group as me and it was very much our culture growing up that we shop at the high street stores.
"You can see a dress that Kate Middleton or Pippa wears and you can go the next day to Warehouse or to Topshop and buy that dress and it's probably under $200."
Nikki – who comes from London - also credits the Duchess of Cambridge and Pippa with helping to change the attitude of many stars in Hollywood.
She added: "It used to not be cool for a celebrity to wear Topshop on the red carpet and now it's the thing to do.'
'It's all about accessible clothing and things that people can actually go and buy and it doesn't matter how much a dress costs as long as you look good and you feel great."

Keith Richards - Keith Richards Undergoes Eye Operation

Rocker Keith Richards has undergone surgery to correct his failing eyesight.
The Rolling Stones legend has been suffering from deteriorating vision over the years, so to celebrate his 68th birthday in December (11), he underwent laser eye surgery.
Richards had the treatment at a London clinic just before Christmas (Dec11) so he won't have to wear glasses or contact lenses any more, reports Britain's Daily Mirror.
A source tells the publication, "He’s music’s ultimate survivor but not even the seemingly immortalKeith Richards can stop the march of time. It was a harmless, quick procedure and he’s very happy with the results."

Michael Jackson - Michael Jackson To Receive Glove Tribute In Hollywood

Michael Jackson will be honoured with an imprint of his shoes and famous sequinned glove outside Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.
Michael Jackson will be honoured with an imprint outside Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.
The King of Pop's three children, Prince, 14, Paris, 13, and nine-year-old Prince Michael II - known as 'Blanket' - will use his shoes and trademarksequined glove to make handprint and footprint impressions in theconcrete.
Making the prints outside the theatre is a long standing Hollywood tradition and Michael's prints will stand alongside those of George Clooney, Marilyn Monroe, Gene Kelly, Clint Eastwood and Brad Pitt.
Also on hand at the event, to be held on January 26, will be the cast of Cirque du Soleil show 'Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour', who will make a presentation.
The Cirque du Soleil production, which is inspired by the late singer's music, is set to tour the US and Canada in 2012 before taking up residency in Las Vegas. Michael also has a star on Hollywood's famous Walk of Fame, which is located a short distance from the theatre.
Michael died in 2009 from acute Propofol intoxication, after years of struggling with addiction to prescription drugs. While his children were shielded from the public - often wearing masks - during their earlier years, they have been in the public eye much more since his death.
Paris recently admitted she felt the masks they wore were "stupid" at the time.
She said: "I'm like, 'This is stupid, why am I wearing a mask?' But I kind of realised the older I got, he only tried to protect us and he'd explain that to us too."

Rachel Mcadams - Rachel Mcadams Says Film Sets Aren't Romantic

Rachel McAdams says film sets aren't romantic places and are not the right places for relationships to start.
Rachel McAdams says film sets are "too distracting" for romance.
The 33-year-old star insists actors are too busy to find love when they are working but admits there are opportunities for Cupid to strike when co-stars have to promote their movies.
She said: "A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don't think it's very conducive; it's too distracting. Every relationship I've had with a co-worker has come after the fact, because you wind up actually spending a lot of time with those people promoting the movie."
Rachel is currently dating Michael Sheen, who she met on the set of 'Midnight in Paris' in July 2010.
She was previously in a lengthy relationship with Ryan Gosling - who she starred with in 2004 movie 'The Notebook' - from 2005 to 2008.
The screen beauty is gearing up for the release of her next film 'The Vow', in which she appears opposite Channing Tatum.
Rachel admits she was concerned the pair wouldn't have the right chemistry for their characters' intense romantic relationship because they are such great friends.
In an interview with the February issue of America's Glamour magazine, she said: "I was worried we might not (have the right chemistry), because we were more like brother and sister, like buds. Channing is very outgoing, very kind and a lot of fun to work with."

TPB's 2012 Pop Predictions…

Last year I finally fulfilled my destiny of becoming the world’s most stunning psychic with my first Pop Predictions post, snatching Miss Cleo’s wig with my iconic insights into the future. Many of them were dead right (Adele’s huge year, K-Pop’s rise, Leona Lewis flopping); some were half-correct (Rihanna had two more #1 singles, but didn’t re-release Loud); and some were totally off the mark (Katy Perry will win a Grammy).

But not including the artists who pushed back/cancelled their comebacks, I did a pretty decent job. For 2012, I vow to achieve an even higher success rate with my predictions of the future, so please take a look at my latest batch of psychic brainwaves below and let me know what you think.

•Ke$ha’s new single and album will reach No. 1, and the album will be well-received by critics

•Nicole Scherzinger will stay flopping

•Lady GaGa will release a new album

•Taylor Swift will release another hugely-successful album

•Taylor Swift’s album will outsell Lady GaGa’s both in the first-week and overall, and it will also do better critically

•Sia will move further into the pop world with more collaborations and songwriting credits

•Hilary Duff’s album plans will be pushed back once again as she spends time with her new baby and auditions for TV roles

•Britney will take the year off professionally, and focus on her relationship with Jason

•Rihanna will continue to build her brand with more big endorsements and ventures outside of music, but will not release another full-length studio album

•Christina Aguilera’s new album will contain the least amount of creative and collaborative input since her debut, and her weight will continue to yo-yo

•Rumors of the original Sugababes reforming will be proven true; the current lineup will stay flopping, but will use the publicity surrounding the original lineup’s comeback to try and successfully relaunch themselves

•Lana Del Rey’s popularity will continue to rise, and she will collaborate with a high-profile artist. She will also be the biggest new female artist of 2012

•Namie Amuro will release another very successful studio album, reaching No. 1 on the Oricon Monthly Charts

•Beyonce will put work before baby, but will shamelessly use the publicity generated from her child to cross-promote her projects

•Avril Lavigne’s will release a new album, and it will outsell Goodbye Lullaby

•T-ara will release their biggest hit single to date

•Ashanti’s new album will tank

•As will Ciara’s

•Janet Jackson will not release a new studio album

•Cher’s new album will produce at least three No. 1 singles on the Billboard Club chart

•Mariah Carey’s new album will do far better than Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel

•Madonna’s comeback will be successful, but will not match any of the success of Lady GaGa’s Born This Way era

•Marina & the Diamonds will flop, and everyone will complain about how underrated she is

•The female hip-hop scene will continue to expand greatly, with Kreayshawn and Iggy Azalea both charting on the Billboard charts

•Justin Bieber’s new album will be the highest-selling from a male artist

•Adele will predictably sweep the major categories at the Grammy Awards, Bon Iver will win Best New Artist, and Bruno Mars will win Best Pop Vocal Album

•Nicki Minaj’s Roman Reloaded album will debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. She will remain just as annoying in 2012 as she was in 2011.

Angelina Jolie - Jolie: 'My Mum Lived Just Long Enough To Meet Maddox'

Angelina Jolie believes her dying mother lived long enough to meet her grandchildren, so she couldpass in peace knowing "everything was going to be all right".
The Salt star's mum, Marcheline Bertrand, lost her battle with ovarian cancer at the age of 56 in January, 2007 - just shortly after Jolie brought home her second adopted baby, Zahara.
And the actress is certain the timing of her passing is no coincidence, revealing her ailing mother fought through the pain of chemotherapy just so she could see the star's children - Maddox and Zahara - and die confident her daughter's life was on the right track as a person and a mum.
She tells Marie Claire magazine, "I don't want to get emotional. I wish she were here. I am never going to stop missing her. My mom was born to be a grandmother; she would have just loved it.
"She did meet some of my children, and she was fantastic. Maddox still remembers everything about her... As soon as Mad came home, I think she knew that everything was going to be all right."

Usher - Usher Responds To Ex-Wife's Child Custody Claim

Usher has filed legal documents asking a judge to dismiss his ex-wife's demand for full custody of their kids.
The R&B star's former partner Tameka Raymond filed paperwork in Georgia last month (Dec11) demanding a change to their current arrangements, in which the former couple share joint physicalcustody of their two children.
Raymond accused the singer of failing in his parental duties by allegedly neglecting to ask her permission before travelling with the kids outside the state and before hiring nannies. She asked for full custody and an increase in her child support payments.
Usher has now responded to the filing and has lodged his own legal papers asking a judge to deny Raymond's request, insisting her allegations are false, according to Tmz.com.
The website reports a trial date has been set for 27 February (12).
