Bret Michaels went into the holiday spirit with a Christmas card. The 48-year-old singer posed for a card, which has been digitally modified and looks pretty awful. But, at least, he did it. He also revealed his holiday plans for Us Weekly. "My family wakes up at the crack of dawn. We grab guitars and jam!" he said.
Bret Michaels and fiance  Kristi Lynn Gibson have two children together: Raine, 11, and Jorja, 6. Bret and Kristi got engaged last December after dating for 16 years.

Hilary Duff Paints Baby Bump for Christmas

Monta Ellis, Warriors Shooting Guard, Sued for Texting Penis Photos to Team Employee

Monta Ellis has allegedly pulled a Brett Favre. No, he hasn't sullied his legacy by announcing multiple false retirements and then taking subtle shots at his superstar replacement.

Instead, the Golden State Warriors shooting guard and one of the most dynamic players in the NBA has been sued by a former team employee, Erika Ross Smith, for supposedly sending her numerous unwanted text messages, culminating in a photo of his genitals.Talk about being a baller! (Sorry.)

Smith worked last year as in the team's community relations department, and claims in her lawsuit that Ellis texted her from November through January with lines such as "I want to be with you" and "Hey Sexy." He would also ask what she was wearing.

"On a micro level, my client has endured unwanted harassment, has suffered and continues to suffer emotional distress and trauma," Burt Boltuch, Smith's lawyer, said at a news conference this week. "On a macro level, this type of conduct, especially in the sports world, must stop... she was embarrassed. She was intimidated. She felt scared and helpless."

The Warriors have responded to the allegation and said Ellis - who is married - and Smith engaged in a "consensual relationship."

After Smith reportedly rejected the guard's advances, she says he complained about her job performance and sent her a picture of his penis on December 17, 2010. Boltuch told reporters of the photo in question, which he possesses: "We know it came from him," saying his client's interactions with Ellis with "absolutely, unequivocally 100 percent not consensual."

Smith eventually lost her job, in her opinion, due to Ellis' wife finding out about the text messages and complaining to team executives.

The lawsuit alleges retaliation, wrongful termination and intentional infliction of emotional distress. It seeks unspecified damages.

The 38-year-old  Project Runway host is seen wearing red, belted Santa coat, traditional pants and boots. But instead of pants, she flaunted her bade long legs while wearing  a pair of high- heeled, white furry boots.
"Mrs. Claus going to work", she wrote along with the photo.

Fernando Alonso is on the market again. The Formula One driver split from his wifeRaquel del Rosario.

The double World Champion and Spanish singer (the lead singer for rock band El Sueno de Morfeo)  got married five years ago. It looks like the two split due to their busy schedules.

 "After five years of marriage, we have decided to end our relationship as a couple. This has been a very though about and mutual decision. We are separating from marriage, but never as friends, and there is still a very strong affection and mutual admiration to ensure the happiness of the other", they wrote on their website. 
Fernando met Raquel back in 2005 when he invited her to perform at a concert to mark his first F1 title. They got married in 2006, but only confirmed the news after two years.

Terrence Howard Slams Wife Michelle as Racist, Violent, Jealous Monster

Actor Terrence Howard says his estranged wife Michelle, who recently accused him of beating her and making death threats, is a monster who hates black people.

Not only that, he claims she once tried to have him killed!

According to Terrence Howard, who's firing back against Michelle Howard in one of the worst celebrity divorces ever, she routinely called him "monkey" or "n!gger."

Terrence says Michelle inexplicably turned from a "loving, gentle" person into a crazy woman who once threatened to have him killed by Russian mobsters

In court documents, Howard notes that Michelle is NOT black, and claims that when she would get upset with him, she would scream things such as:

• "[I] never wanted to marry a n!gger in the first place"
• "[I] definitely didn't want to be the step mother of some n!gger kids."

He also alleges his wife threatened to have him "clipped" if he went to police and bragged, "I have a lot of Russian friends who would do it as a favor."

Howard also claims Michelle has major jealousy issues, to say the least ... attacking him with a bottle after accusing him of talking with other women.

He claims this happened TWO DIFFERENT TIMES, and he never retaliated.

Terrence has asked the court to issue a restraining order against Michelle. She already has one against him. A hearing in their case is set for Jan. 17.

Joe Giudice Indicted on Fraud Charges, Remains a Moron

Stop us if you've heard this before: Joe Giudice is in major trouble with the law.

The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Teresa Giudice was indicted today on one charge of wrongfully using identifying information of another and one charge of impersonation.

The crimes allegedly took place when Joe used his brother's marriage license and birth certificate to obtain a driver’s license in June 2010. Combined, these counts could land Joe in jail for over 10 years.

Teresa's 40-year old squeeze has also been arrested for DUI and accused of hiding assets from the court after filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2009. At one time, his cumulative debt totaled $11 million.

Dutch Fashion Magazine Calls Rihanna "The Ultimate N---a Bitch"

For reasons unknown, the Dutch magazine Jackie recently referred to pop star Rihanna in an article as "the ultimate n---a bitch." The singer was not happy.

"Well with all respect, on behalf of my race, here are my two words for you..." Rihanna tweeted yesterday at the fashion publication's editor, Eva Hoeke.

"F--K YOU!!!" she exclaimed ... dashes not included.

Prior to that concise sentiment, Rihanna had posted this lengthy missive: "@evajackie I hope u can read english, because your magazine is a poor representation of the evolution of human rights! I find you disrespectful, and rather desperate!!"

"You ran out of legit, civilized information to print! There are 1000's of Dutch girls who would love to be recognized for their contributions to your country, you could have given them an article. Instead, u paid to print one degrading an entire race!"

"That's your contribution to this world! To encourage segregation, to mislead the future leaders to act in the past! You put two words together, with the intent of abasement, that made absolutely no sense... 'N---A BITCH'?!"

The not-at-all amusing attempt at slang and "hey, girlfriend!" appreciation was not intended to be racist or degrading, according to the magazine.

"She has street cred, she has a ghetto ass and she has a golden throat," read the Jackie story, titled "De N---abitch," per the mag's website.

"Rihanna, the good girl gone bad, is the ultimate n---a bitch and displays that gladly, and for her that means: what's on can come off."

"If that means she'll be on stage half naked, then so be it."

Hoecke later posted an apology on Facebook, apparently in response to a number of outraged comments. Here is what she had to say about it:

"We are of course very fed up over this and especially very shocked. While the author meant no harm - the title of the article was intended as a joke - it was a bad joke, to say the least. And that slipped through my, the editor-in-chief's, fingers."

"Stupid, painful and sucks for all concerned. The author has been addressed on it, and now I can only ensure that these terms will no longer end up in the magazine."

"Furthermore I hope that you all believe there was absolutely no racist motive behind the choice of words. It was stupid, it was naive to think that this was an acceptable form of slang - you hear it all the time on tv and radio, then your idea of what is normal apparently shifts - but it was especially misguided: there was no malice behind it."

Today, on a Dutch website, Hoecke announced her resignation.

Floyd Mayweather Sentenced to 90 Days in Jail for Domestic Assault

Floyd Mayweather is undefeated in the boxing ring. But the multiple-time, multiple-weight class champion just lost a battle in court: a judge sentenced him to 90 days in prison.

 Mayweather was arrested in September of 2010 after ex-girlfriend Josie Harris, the mother of his children, accused the athlete of hitting her in the head in front of the former couple's kids.

Following the incident, this Grand Rapids, Michigan native agreed to a deal with prosecutors in which he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence in exchange for lawyers dropping any felony charges. He also pleaded no contest to a pair of misdemeanor harassment charges stemming from an alleged threat to beat up his kids.

Mayweather must begin serving his sentence on January 3. He must also complete 100 hours of community service and a 12-month domestic violence program. So much for that spring bout with Manny Pacquiao.

The Kardashians stand accused of using "slave labor" and turning a blind eye to human rights atrocities to produce their multimillion dollar fashion lines.

A human rights group is investigating claims that workers in China - as young as 16 - work in squalor to manufacture merchandise for the famous family.

The labels in question: K-Dash by Kardashian (which Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are all involved with), the Kris Jenner Kollection and ShoeDazzle, according to Star.

The institute for Global Labour and Human Rights has in fact launched an investigation, amidst claims the Kardashians' products are inhumanely produced.

With factories reeking of stench from sewage and temperatures north of 100 degrees, an official from the group says conditions in the area are "horrific."

There are also claims the employees work up to 84 hours a week, earning $1 an hour ... while the Kardashians rake in approximately $65 million a year.

However, a leader of the human rights group quoted in the story implying the Kardashians use "slave labor" says the story is misleading in many ways.

Charles Kernaghan, Executive Director of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights, says he told Star, "It was a wise idea to wait on the article."

Reason being: No proof had been found that the specific factories the Kardashians use violate child labor standards or human rights. That's a good reason.

Kernaghan is quoted as saying, "The Kardashians are in bed with some pretty bad people" and "not only are they taking advantage of these workers, they are holding hands with a government that spits on democracy and women's rights."

Kernaghan tells says his quotes were taken out of context, though, that the violations he described to Star apply to the REGION in China where clothing and other items are manufactured, where child labor practices are often quite appalling.

Again, he was not calling out specific factories the Kardashians use.

At least not yet. Kernaghan does say that at least 75 percent of the factories in the region have violations similar to the ones described in Star.

Kris Jenner tells TMZ in response to the story that factories the Kardashians use are "strictly policed" to avoid child labor or human rights violations.

The company behind the Kardashian shoe line is also adamant that there are no violations and that the "agency" making the claim has not contacted them.

Robert Shapiro, the famous lawyer-turned-entrepreneur (he and the girls' father, Robert Kardashian Sr., co-defended O.J. Simpson), owns ShoeDazzle and says he invests time, energy and money to ensure the factories are in good standard.

One of the people who has personally visited the factories is ShoeDazzle COO Deborah Benton, who weighed in as such: "These issues of child labor are always of paramount importance to us. We've been very focused on this from the very beginning."

She adds, "Factories are routinely inspected and always pass inspection."

Tom Cruise Looks Younger, But Shorter

We don't know (yet) what is Tom Cruise using, but he looks very young these days. The 49-year-old attended the New York premiere of his fourth 'Mission Impossible' franchise: 'Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol'.

The actor was joined by his 32-year-old wife looked gorgeous in her black polka dot dress. Proving that he's the first to notice how special his wife is, Tom told People that "every day I fall more in love with her... It's been quite an amazing five years because of her. Absolutely Fabulous Mocks The Kardashians

'Absolutely Fabulous', also known as 'Ab Fab', is a British sitcom created by Jennifer Saunders who plays Edina Monsoon, an alcoholic, drug-abusing PR agent who desperately wants to stay young.In the show,  Edina is joined by magazine editor Patsy Stone, whose drug abuse, alcohol consumption, and promiscuity are even worse than Edina's. The show ran for five series on the BBC between 1992 and 2003.  On 25 December 2011, the show will come back again to celebrate the it's 20th anniversary.

Times have changed, the characters have modern interests. The new series also brings a moment in which Edina and Patsy are mocking the famous Kardashian family which is famous for being famous.They also mock one of the Kardashians (probably Khloe) for being fat.

Jessica Lange and Sam Shepard are no longer an item. The 'American Horror Story' actress and  her longtime partner, playwright and actor split after dating for more than two decades.

Actually, they didn't split just now. According to a source close to the couple "they separated a little less than two years ago".
Jessica started dating Sam back in 1982 and they have two children together:  daughter Hannah, 26, and son Samuel, 24. Jessica has beeen previously married to  photographer Francisco "Paco" Grande. She also has a 30-year-old daughter, Alexandra  with dancer and actor Mikhail Baryshnikov.

This year, we have a 3-D version. The card features all 11 members of Kim's family and it was released yesterday, December 19, on  Kim Kardashian's official blog.
As you can see, everyone in the picture wore black numbers. Kris Jenner was the only one wearing a shimmery teal dress. Kris Humphries was missing from the picture.

Former Miss Venezuela Eva Ekvall, 28, Killed by Breast Cancer

Eva Ekvall died from breast cancer. The former Venezuelan beauty queen was 28-year-old. She passed away on Saturday in a Houston, Texas hospital.

The mother-of-one was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer in February 2010, and underwent eight months of treatment including chemotherapy, radiation and a mastectomy.
"I was very angry because I should have known. My aunt had breast cancer twice and my grandmother died from breast cancer. And I just let time go", Eva said after being diagnosed.
Soon after that, Eva wrote the book 'Fuera de Foco' ('Out of Focus') in order to raise awareness of the disease in Venezuela.
Eva, who was crowned Miss Venezuela in 2000 at the age of 17, was married to radio producer John Fabio Bermudez and had a two-year-old daughter, Miranda.

Young at their hearts, Fergie and Josh Duhamel enjoy making fanny Christams cards every year. This year, they asked  caricature artist James Malia to transform them into a sexy Mrs. Claus and a cheery snowman. In the card also appear the couple's two dogs, Meatloaf and Zoe.
That makes them nice and Fergie could receive her favourite girft for Christmas.  "For my dogs to use the bathroom outside!" she said at her Black Eyed Peas bandmate Apl.de.Ap's birthday party in L.A. Tuesday.

Stunt Sends Gerard Butler To Hospital!

Where's a stuntman when you need one? Nowhere near Gerard Butler! The actor injured himself while  filming a surfing scene for his new movie 'Of Men and Mavericks'.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the 42-year-old actor was taken down by a wave. Gerard was rushed  to Stanford University Medical Centre and released a few hours later. According to his representative, the actor is feeling fine.  
"Butler was held down for a solid two waves and took four or five more waves on the head. He was then washed through the rocks on the inside before he was finally able to be plucked out", surfer Frank Quirarte explains on his ESPN blog how it happened.

Or maybe Gerard lost too much weight and he's too skinny.

Joe Jonas Hospitalized

Joe Jonas was rushed to the hospital. The singer checked into an emergency room at Children's Hospital L.A. on Sunday.

Joe was complaining of severe stomach pains. Two days earlier he attended a party  at a Chicago hot spot Board Room Nightclub and performed in Chi-Town on Saturday. Maybe he was just stressed or he ate (drank) something. No word about the singer's diagnosis was made public.
According to TMZ, the singer left the hospital after a few hours. Actually, after the hospital experience, Joe was seen leaving Katsuya with his brother Nick on Sunday night.

Vanessa Hudgens Kissing Austin Butler Before Church Session

Vanessa Hudgens and her new boyfriend Austin Butler were photographed while kissing in a Hollywood street.

The 22-year-old actress and her 20-year-old boyfriend were on their way to the church and decided to kiss before entering the building. Justin Bieber's coiffure has been his trademark ever since he became a star in 2009. But now he's 17-year-old, he has a girlfriend and he has to act like a man.

The Canadian singer has changed his haircut. He debuted a new, spikier look on last night's Tonight Show with Jay Leno. It still looks childsih to us, but it's better than what he had previously.
With this occasion he took the advantage to promote his upcoming song featuring Mariah Carey. As we expected, Bieber had only beautiful words to say about his collaboration with Mariah Carey. "Mariah Carey, she's super cool", he said. That means she's everything. Teenager's language is so simple. There's only one word for everything.

Justin was spotted with his dog Baylor and as he turned around he revealed an embarrassing pair of sugary pink underpants. The funny part is that he was joined by Selena and she probably saw her boyfriend's underwear. We bet she bought him candies right after that.

Rihanna's 'We Found Love' Video Forbidden in France Before 10 PM

Rihanna's new hit 'We Found Love' has been banned for France's daytime television. According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Supreme Audiovisual Council of France considers the video is too explicit for the daytime.

In consequence the video can be seen in France only after 10 pm. The Council thinks the scenes are "pronounced suggestive" and involve "self-destructive behavior". Let's see: drugs, sex, tattoos, vomit. Is there something Rihanna doesn't have in he Melina Matsoukas-directed video?
This is not the first time one of the singer's videos are being banned. 'S&M' music video, also directed by Matsoukas, was banned in 11 countries for the same reasons.
Meanwhile, Rihanna was voted No. 1 spot on Billboard's Hot 100.

Angelina Jolie Sued by Croatian Writer

Angelina Jolie is facing a lawsuit. James J. Braddock (aka Josip J. Knezevic) is suing the actress for stealing the story behind her new movie, 'In the Land of Blood and Honey'.

According to RadarOnline.com, the Croatian journalist and author claims he wrote an article back in 2007 and that article is the basis for the film which opens December 23.
The movie tells the love story between a Serbian soldier and a Muslim woman during the Bosnian War.
"The Subject Work's main female character is subject to continuous abuse and rape by soldiers and officers in the camp. In addition to being raped continuously by soldiers and officers, she is forced to become a servant at the camp headquarters, a duty assumed by very few of the captives. The Motion Picture's main female character is also subject to continuous rape by soldiers and officers in the camp and subsequently becomes a servant at camp headquarters", Braddock says in his lawsuit.

The writer is asking the court to award him damages.

Justin Bieber Grabs Selena Gomez's Derriere in Washington

ustin Bieber can't keep his hands off his girlfriend Selena Gomez. The 17-year-old Canadian singer was photographed as he grabbed his 19-year-old girlfriend's bottom while on a promotional trip to Washington.

The two seemed happy to be together and didn't mind people were seeing their public displays of affection.
Bieber was wearing a winter weather with black jeans, boots, a grey patterned sweater and a black wool hat. Meanwhile, Selena looked amazing in light brown trousers, a tailored black leather jacket accessorised with knee-high black boots and a long scarf.

Bieber is in capitol to perform at the Christmas in Washington television special, while Selena is supporting him.

A fan of Justin Bieber has taken her passion to a very scary, dangerous level.

According to a warrant obtained by TMZ, a 14-year old in Kentucky (believed to be developmentally disabled) used the handle KILLSGANDCB (Kill Selena Gomez and Caitlin Beadles?) on social media site Tumblr recently, writing that she was going to "murder" Beadles, the girl rumored to be dating Justin last summer.

This individual ominously added that she had cameras on Beadles at all times and said the victim won't even know what's happening until she "wakes up on the other side of her bed with a knife." Detectives have contacted the troubled girl's mother and she is reportedly taking a close look at her daughter's online activities.

This is the most extreme example yet of a Belieber threatening the life of someone with whom Justin is/was involved.

Gomez has faced a number of Twitter haters, while Mariah Yeater is currently facing the wrath of Bieber fans angry at her for claiming Justin fathered her child. Peeps gotta calm the heck down.

Eddie Murphy Out as Oscars Host

Next year's Oscar nominations have yet to be announced, but this has: Eddie Murphy has stepped down as host of the 84th Academy Awards, according to reports.

The actor's announcement comes one day after Tower Heist director Brett Ratner resigned as producer of the program. The 50-year-old said in a statement:

"First and foremost, I want to say I completely understand and support each party's decision with regard to a change of producers for this year's Academy Awards."

Murphy went on to say: "I was truly looking forward to being a part of the show that our production team and writers were just starting to develop, but I'm sure that the new production team and host will do an equally great job."

Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak respected Murphy's decision, saying in a statement: "I appreciate how Eddie feels about losing his creative partner, Brett Ratner, and we all wish him well."

Ratner recently came under serious fire for saying "rehearsal is for fags" while promoting Tower Heist. The controversial director also spoke openly about his sex life with actress Olivia Munn, who he claimed to "bang a few times."
